We are looking for a highly experienced chef who is specialised in American BBQ cuisine. You would be working in a luxury private property as part of a large international team.

Responsibilities

• Planning only American BBQ menus
• Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene
• Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
• Ensuring food quality and taste is of the highest standard
• Managing inventory of stock and ordering raw materials
• Controlling budgets and minimising wastage
• Maintaining health and hygiene in the kitchen

Ideal Candidate

• Relevant qualifications
• 5 + years experience working in a high end steak house, Texan style restaurant
• Butchery
• Passionate and creative
• Teamplayer
• Extremely high standards
• Copes well under high pressure environments

Package

Salary: $60,000 per year (Net)
