We are looking for an experienced Chalet Couple for a high profile client in Klosters this December 2022. The chalet is privately owned and also rented out by UHNW guests. The ideal couple will have worked in chalets previously. The chef will have experience in fine dining as well as a passion for healthy, nutritional food for the family. Alongside having formal culinary skills for the chalet events that take place. The host will look after the family and guests in both service and housekeeping, as well as working with the chef. This is a seasonal role thats starts mid December 2022 until May 2023.

Responsibilities

• Chalet Management
• Cooking healthy, fresh salads and nutritious meals for the family and guests
• Cooking formal, fine dining esque meals for the formal family and private events
• Looking after an UHNW family of 6 as well as their guests
• Managing the daily running of the chalet as a couple
• Housekeeping and F&B service
• Driving required to and from chalet and slopes

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience working as a chalet couple in a formal, family and guest chalet
• Excellent chef skills, previous experience in chalets preferred
• A chef that is open and willing to listen to the clients about their food preferences
• Experience in housekeeping and fine dining service
• Confident driver in the snow
• Down to earth couple who are friendly, well spoken and hard working as well as a couple who enjoy the quieter location of Klosters

Package

Salary: £2200 per person, per month

Live in, one bedroom studio accommodation in the chalet
