A fairytale chalet in Madonna di Campiglio is looking for a Chalet Host to work alongside their Chalet Manager this season. The chalet is a truly magical place and they are hoping for someone for whom nothing is too much trouble The ideal candidate will be charismatic and intelligent and able to pro actively provide support to the manager and guests. The season runs from December 15th to April.

Responsibilities

• Buying / arranging and discretely supervising continental breakfast each day.
• Working with guests to help answer their problems, advise, support.. morning noon and night.
• Checking in, building relationships and working / liasing closely with the Chalet manager at all times.
• Light cleaning around main areas of house each day.
• Helping with hot tub / sauna / fire place management each day.
• Potentially backing up the Chalet Host with ski / guest / resort pickups (7 minute drive away).
• Discretely serving guests drinks / preparing fire / hot tub and communal spaces for guests in evening.
• Nannying (a paid extra) on some evenings if guests request this.

Ideal Candidate

• Somebody who has some chalet experience. This is a must.
• Bubbly, charismatic, engaging, intelligent, pro-active and responsible.
• Someone for whom nothing is too much trouble.

Accommodation will be either in double room at end of chalet (with en suite private bathroom) or in local accommodation 1km away.

Only about 8-10 weeks in the ski season (December 15-April 8th) to be filled. The rest of the time will be mostly free for skiing. But during occupied weeks you are expected to be focused 100% on smooth running of the chalet i.e. no skiing in those weeks.
