Note

We are looking for a number of enthusiastic Demi Chef de Partie, to join a large kitchen within a 7* Private Resort. You will be assisting the Chef de Parties in ensuring the smooth running of your station, while overseeing a number of Commis Chefs. You will cook for VVIP guests on a regular basis, therefore you must have very high standards and be willing to keep learning. You will certainly have plenty of opportunities to do that, as you will be surrounded by some of the best chefs on the international level.

  • Ensuring food quality and taste is of the highest standard
  • Maintaining high levels of health and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Ensure food wastage is kept to a minimum
  • Plating food creatively
  • Assist in supervising commis chefs
Ideal Candidate
  • Relevant qualifications
  • Experience working in either private households or 5* restaurants
  • Passionate and creative
  • Teamplayer
  • Extremely high standards
  • Copes well under high pressure environments
Package
    Salary: $48,000 per year (Net)
  • Salary: $4,000 per month (Net)
  • Accommodation: with swimming pool and leisure facilities
  • Meals: included
  • Transfer: return flights
  • Visa: provided
  • Medical insurance: provided
  • Contract: 12 months (renewable)
  • 30 days annual leave (+30 bonus days available)
