Note

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced female Estate manager to join a wonderful principal in UAE. You would have complete responsibility for the household and would ensure all standards are maintained. It is essential that you speak Arabic for this role.

Responsibilities

• Complete oversight of principals' home; maintaining consistency of standards, procedures and services including coordinating with other managers, staff and vendors to achieves successful outcomes for the family
• Maintain and update all household manuals, policies and processes
• Daily communication with principals and other support staff to ensure smooth operations
• Service of principal and guests during events if needed
• Demonstrate high-end design sensibilities and appreciation of aesthetic quality
• Oversee scheduling and smooth operations (orchestrating staff accordingly) for all events at the residences

Ideal Candidate

• Speaks Arabic
• Assist with shopping and special requests when needed
• Possess a formal yet comfortable demeanor, a hands-on attitude, and be flexible with their schedule
• Have previous yacht experience would be a big plus, will have a junior stew as support
• Have experience within the role of house manager in the past and understand how to tailor specific guests needs quickly
• Ability to travel when required across UAE and Europe

Package

Salary: 15,000 AED Per Month DOE
• Live in accommodation provided including own bathroom.
• Phone will be provided for work
• 1 day off per week
