Executive Assistant - Permanent - Tel Aviv

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s co-CEOs. You will become the right-hand person to the co-CEO based in Tel Aviv and will provide long-distance support to the co-CEO based in Melbourne, Australia. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, speak English at a native level, feel comfortable interfacing with important people, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the point of contact for the co-CEOs
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Oversee the performance of other staff that are remotely located
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Coordinate documentation and manage relationships with local banks, legal and accounting firms, authorities and other 3rd party service providers
  • Interface regularly with customers of high net worth and with partners of public interest
  • Previous experience in Israel beneficial
Ideal Candidate
  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role in a technology oriented company
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Mature and professional demeanor
  • Native level English
Package
Salary: 60000 USD per year DOE
