We are looking for an executive chef to work as a mentor to the chefs at this boutique chalet company. The chefs themselves will all have Michelin level experience and so it will be your job to continue to inspire them to cook creatively and push their abilities. You will be working alongside them to help contact suppliers and maintain standards and organisation. A great position for a more senior chef willing to inspire.

Responsibilities

• To work with the chefs to create inventive menus each week
• A creative ear to the chefs
• Liaising with suppliers and organise deliveries
• Make sure standards are maintained
• Oversee menu planning each week

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced chef with a background in Michelin starred kitchens

Salary: €3000-€3500 net per month (+overtime and bonus)
