We are urgently recruiting for a Female Palace Manager to join a prestigious palace just outside of Dubai. The right candidate must have previous experience in a similar role, must be familiar with training staff and has an overall in-depth knowledge of every aspect of running a large palace. Specific questions will be asked on first interview, to assess knowledge. Must have NO previous Middle East experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct all palace staff
• Implement SOP
• Overall running of every department
• Supervision of all staff and departments
• Maintenance and renovations works if needed
• Organization of events if needed
• Able to fill in in every department if needed
• Train new and current staff if needed

Ideal Candidate

• Female only
• Max 40 years old
• NO Previous Middle East experience
• Previous proven experience in Hotel Management or a similar role
• Friendly but strong attitude
• Perfect English language, both written and spoken
• Impeccable manners
• Flexible attitude

Package

Salary: 18000 per month - DOE

Hours: Flexibility required
