We are looking for a Head of Housekeeping for returning client of a large private residence in Southern Germany. The successful candidate will be leading a team of 7 housekeepers and will be hands-on with cleaning within the residence, whilst also being in charge of creating weekly working plans and providing ad hoc assistance to the Chief of Staff.

Responsibilities

• Team management of 7 housekeepers
• Creating weekly working plans and rotas
• Laundry and ironing work
• Cleaning of private rooms and guest rooms
• Help in the service of lunch/dinner if needed
• Flower arrangements
• Assisting the Chief of Staff on an ad hoc basis

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in housekeeping in a first-class hotel or ideally in upscale private households
• Excellent knowledge of work organization, product and laundry knowledge, decoration and cleaning
• Ability to work in a team
• High level of commitment
• Willingness to take responsibility for absolute quality awareness
• Independent, reliable way of working, loyalty and confidentiality
• Sympathetic nature, friendly nature and good manners
• Resilience and flexibility
• Fluency in English AND Spanish

Salary: €40,000 per year
