Our clients are looking for an experienced individual to join their chalet for this 22/23 winter season and to act as head of service. We are looking for someone with experience working in luxury chalets and who can manage guest services and over-exceed their expectations. This individual will lead the team of staff in the chalet and work as the head of F&B service. Someone who is hard working yet charismatic, professional and personable would be an asset to this superior chalet.

Responsibilities

• Providing professional service and dealing with all guest relations
• Managing staff and working as part of a team of service professionals
• Providing concierge services
• Occasional driving duties
• You will report to the general chalet manager
• Acting as head of F&B service
• Making itineraries
• Acting as a point of contact for guests and providing service with a smile
• Cleaning and restocking of bars and coffee as required
• Cleaning and polishing of and silverware
• Maintaining general cleanliness in service areas
• Welcoming guests and familiarising themselves with the property

Ideal Candidate

• Must have EU working rights
• Experience with UHNWI's/working in private households/chalets/yachts
• Knowledge of chalet life
• Ski experience would be desirable
• Team player
• Excellent service skills
• Amiable personality
• Well Spoken

Package

Salary: €2500 per month (NET) + Tips

Dates: 1st November 2022 - end of April 2023
