Note

We are recruiting for a VVIP client based in Abu Dhabi who is looking for an Arabic speaking female house manager. You would have complete responsibility of the household including all staff who would be reporting directly to you. The perfect candidate would have to be a master of communication and organisation; ensuring that all staffing is done and the house is maintained at the highest of standards. Start date of ASAP. 

Responsibilities

• Complete oversight of principals' home; maintaining consistency of standards, procedures and services
• Ensure the safety and happiness of the principal and their family.
• Maintain and update all household manuals, policies and processes
• Daily communication with principals and other support staff to ensure smooth operations
• Service of principal and guests during events
• Demonstrate high-end design sensibilities and appreciation of aesthetic quality
• Oversee scheduling and smooth operations (orchestrating staff accordingly) for all events at the residences
• Ensuring staff are treated fairly and kept happy, no desire for high turnover of staff

Ideal Candidate

• Must have Lebanese passport
• Hyper organised and excellent communication skills
• Fluent in Arabic
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi
• Possess a formal yet comfortable demeanour, a hands-on attitude, and be flexible with their schedule
• Have experience within the role of house Manager while taking a hands on approach to accomplishing tasks at all levels of maintaining the property
• Have experience dealing with different cultures and how to manage that
• Demonstrate experience in managing households
