Note

We have a great opportunity for an experienced housekeeper to join a HNW family in Wellington, Florida. The family consists of two Principals, a male and female and two children aged four and seven. The Wellington property is their main residence, but they have other properties internationally. The property has 5-bedrooms and is all on one level. There is a house manager at the property, housekeepers, nannies, servers and a chef. There are 2 housekeepers in the team currently and the house manager onsite manages them. The female Principal is an animal lover and has many pets. Standards at the property are high so attention to detail is very important. The hours would typically be 40 per week although a degree of flexibility is required.

Responsibilities

• All aspects of general housekeeping and deep cleaning of residence
• Laundry duties including pressing, care for delicate garments and wardrobe management
• Management and organization of closets and storage areas
• Additional duties as needed and requested

Ideal Candidate

• Based around Wellington area, Florida
• Strong command of the English language, good communication skills
• Previous experience in a similar role for high-profile clients and proven longevity
• Excellent eye for detail, thorough knowledge of all aspects of housekeeping and laundry, great organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and under instruction of house manager
• Flexibility and willingness to be on call to the Principals
• Enthusiasm, dedication to responsibilities and a positive demeanour
• Professional, discreet and well presented
• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Excellent references required from previous employers
