Live-out Nanny/Child's PA - Permanent - Location: Chelsea (relocating to Bayswater in May)

Our client in Chelsea is seeking a Nanny/Child’s PA to come and care for their 3 children. This young family is made up of 3 boys aged 4, 6 and 8. There is also a new-born, however the family have a Maternity Nurse to help with their care. The Nanny we are recruiting for will be responsible for managing the children’s wellbeing as well as their schedules. The successful candidate will be well organised, a team player with an energetic and positive approach. They need to be able to effectively engage with and entertain the children whilst organising their day to day lives.

Responsibilities
  • Attending extracurricular activities
  • Managing the children’s schedules
  • Helping with party arrangements and gift purchasing
  • Babysitting when required
  • Managing the bath and bedtime routine
  • Meal prep and cooking for the children
  • Wardrobe management
  • Liaising with the other staff at the property
  • Ensuring the children are always prepared for school – bags packed etc
  • Any other ad hoc duties required to assist the children
  • Proxy parenting sometimes required if parents travel for short duration
Ideal Candidate
  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent references
  • Flexible and positive attitude, positive role model is essential
  • Team player, pro-active and adaptable
Package
Salary: £40,000

Hours: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day, hours will vary (flexibility required)

Start date: ASAP

Accommodation: Not provided

Meals provided whilst on shift
