We are looking for a highly experienced chef who is specialised in Mediterranean and Arabic cuisine. You would be working in a beautiful luxury private estate for a VIP client

Responsibilities

• Planning only Mediterranean and Arabic menus
• Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene
• Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
• Ensuring food quality and taste is of the highest standard
• Managing inventory of stock and ordering raw materials
• Controlling budgets and minimising wastage
• Maintaining health and hygiene in the kitchen

• Relevant qualifications
• 5 + experience working in Mediterranean and Arabic restaurants
• Passionate and creative
• Teamplayer
• Extremely high standards
• Copes well under high pressure environments

Package

Salary: $54,000 per year (Net)
