PA to the Chairman - Permanent - Abu Dhabi

We are actively recruiting for a PA to the Chairman, to join a busy office in Abu Dhabi. You will undertake a variety of administrative and executive support related responsibilities while ensuring effective and efficient operations. You must have previous experience, be self-driven and able to perform at the highest standards and under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative support with implementing improvements and modifications to procedures to ensure maximum functionality
  • Coordinate external and internal business affairs, including arranging appointments, paperwork and logistics
  • Managing calendar
  • Priorities and manage multiple activities simultaneously and follow through in a timely manner
  • Document drafting, editing and proofreading
  • Maintaining database and all other documents organised and up to date
  • Supporting the Chairman activities in all aspects necessary
Ideal Candidate
  • Arabic and English speaker
  • Previous proven experience of 3-5 years in a similar position
  • Well-groomed and impeccable manners
  • Able to think outside the box
  • Fast learner
  • Self-motivated
  • Extremely organised
  • Female only
Package
Salary: 120000-150000 AED per year - DOE

Start date: ASAP

Hours: Flexible
