Palace Manager - Permanent - Doha

A UHNW family in Doha is looking for a Palace Manager to come and manage their property and staff. Your duties will revolve around maintaining high standards across the board. You will report directly to the principle and must have previous experience in private household management and event planning. You will be in charge of 20 other staff as well as running the property and the principle busy event schedule. This role is open to female candidates only due to family preferences

Responsibilities
  • Orchestrating the flawless running and upkeep of the Palace
  • Planning, organising and supervising regular parties/events
  • Creating and managing the schedules of the household staff
  • Monitoring the household staff
  • Scheduling home maintenance and repair work and supervising the project
  • Administrative duties;
  • Shopping and running errands when needed
  • Driving if needed
  • Creating structures and procedures
Ideal Candidate
  • Management experience
  • Hotel or Private Household experience
  • Event planning experience
  • Experience training others
  • Female candidate only due to family preferences

£ 50,000 GBP per year
