Palace Manager - Permanent - Dubai

This unique opportunity offers a chance to reside in a luxe palace in the Middle East, overseeing the smooth running of the property – from the family’s daily activities to the work of the rest of the staff and the maintenance of the beautiful property. The successful candidate must be able to embrace a new culture and be able to step into this new role easily as this requires a high level of autonomy.

Responsibilities
  • Managing a team of household staff from butlers to drivers and senior staff
  • Dealing with all financial relations for the property
  • Managing all daily operations across the household on a daily basis
  • Coordinating the family’s schedule
  • Sourcing, managing and dealing with contractors
  • Provide training for all staff
  • Resolve any household conflicts or other issues
  • Serve as a point of contact for accident and emergencies and document all household problems
  • Planning events for the household, family and their guests
  • Running any other errands as requested
Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
  • Any household management or luxury hospitality experience across any sector is an advantage
  • A keen business mind with an understanding of finances, great communication skill and an organised nature are essential traits for this role
Package
£100,000-£150,000 per annum, tax free
