We have a fabulous opportunity for an experienced executive personal assistant, based in NYC to support a high-profile businessman and his family in their day-to-day personal life. As a potential candidate you must be highly organized, quick-thinking, proactive and an expert multitasker. The position will suit an on the ball, detail orientated individual who is able to anticipate the Principal’s needs in a discreet, dedicated, and timely manner. You will be adept at carrying out your tasks calmly, efficiently, and effectively, prioritising deadlines and using your initiative. A willingness to travel between the Principal’s multiple properties is essential, as you will be tasked with overseeing that all is in place for his arrival at various locations. Flexibility will be required with working hours.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Principal in their day-to-day personal and professional life
  • Calendar management and interfacing between the Principal’s personal and professional life
  • Support managing logistics for the family
  • Arranging all aspects of travel, restaurant, and event booking
  • Overseeing multiple properties and vendor management
  • Running of personal errands as required
  • Perform additional duties as required
Ideal Candidate
  • Based in New York
  • Strong command of the English language, excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Previous experience as a personal assistant for a high-profile individual and proven longevity
  • High level of flexibility and willingness to be on call to the Principal
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in cohesion with other members of staff where necessary
  • Enthusiasm, dedication to responsibilities and a positive “can-do” attitude
  • Professional, discreet, trustworthy, and well presented
  • Media/entertainment background a plus
  • Must be eligible to work in the US
  • Excellent references required from previous employers
