Note

We have a great opportunity for an experienced personal assistant to support a HNW family in Wellington, Florida. The family consists of two Principals, a male and female and two children aged four and seven. The role is to support the female Principal. She is very much into fashion so in addition to the usual PA duties there will be a strong emphasis on wardrobe management and purchasing and returns in this position. As a potential candidate you will be the females point person for everything. A Spanish speaker is desirable but not essential. The Wellington property is their main residence, but they have other properties internationally. There is a staff house onsite and the option to live-in for 3 days per week, and the rest of the time work remotely. There is a house manager at the property, housekeepers, servers and a chef. The female Principal is an animal lover and has many pets. You must be highly organized, quick-thinking, proactive and an expert multitasker. The position will suit an on the ball, detail orientated individual. Flexibility will be required with working hours.

Responsibilities

• Support the female Principal in her day-to-day personal life
• Calendar management
• Support managing logistics for the family
• Arranging all aspects of travel, restaurant, and event booking
• Purchasing, returns and wardrobe management
• Running of personal errands as required
• Perform additional duties as required

Ideal Candidate

• Based around Wellington area, Florida
• Strong command of the English language, excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Previous experience as a personal assistant for a high-profile individual and proven longevity
• High level of flexibility and willingness to be on call to the Principal
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in cohesion with other members of staff
• Enthusiasm, dedication to responsibilities and a positive “can-do” attitude
• Professional, discreet, trustworthy, and well presented
• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Excellent references required from previous employers

Package

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 DOE
