Note

We are looking for a well groomed and well presented European male head waiter for a prestigious VIP principal to serve at his private household. The perfect candidate must have exceptional communication skills and very confident in hospitality service including all forms of fine dining. Fluent in English is essential for this role as it would require dealing with a large sized time. 

Responsibilities

• Ensure service is always at the highest level
• Understand and act upon the needs of the principal
• Be able to communicate and direct a large team of servers
• Keep the team well presented at all times
• Understand and be through at executing fine dining service

Ideal Candidate

• Well groomed European male
• Perfect english spoken
• At least 5 years experience in fine dining service
• Leadership qualities
• Wanting to progress into private service
• Job status : Live
