Silver Swan is a rapidly expanding, leading recruitment agency sourcing hospitality professionals for luxury properties worldwide. We are a fun, social office based in London Bridge looking to recruit a Resourcer to join our Middle East team. We work hard and play harder and we all love what we do.
As a Resourcer, you will provide expert screening, vetting and support on the full range of recruitment activities to ensure a competitive advantage through the selection and hiring process.
To be successful in this role you must be a fast learner, have strong administration skills, be competent at multi-tasking and work at a fast pace. This can be an extremely busy role, often working to tight timeframes, so being able to work effectively under pressure is essential.
- Managing advertising
- Screening all incoming CV’s
- Conducting initial telephone screenings
- Managing a portfolio of current available candidates
- Referencing of candidates
- Managing of multiple job boards
- Active resourcing
- General office administration
- previous industry experience is desirable
- previous office experience is desirable
- computer literate, any mac experience is advantageous
- good telephone manner
- able to multi task and work to a quick pace
- driven, enthusiastic, passionate – personality is key, the rest can be trained!
£22,000 + commission

Hours: Flexi Hours Available - 08.00-16.00 | 09.00 - 17.00 | 10.00 - 18.00
