Resort Manager - Seasonal - Val d'Isere

If the mountains are calling, we have an immediate start for an experienced Manager in Val d'Isere. You will be given complete authority of the resort to ensure a smooth and successful operation, in order to provide exemplary holidays which exceed the guests' expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Welcoming and meeting all guests
  • Providing exceptional, personal service to all
  • Building relationships
  • Offering support with any issue or problems which may arise
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Overseeing all maintenance and repairs
  • Ensuring all chalets are well stocked and equiped
  • Training and ongoing support
  • Creating an enjoyable and fun place to work
  • Ensuring all members of the team are maintaining our standards
  • Organising guest lift passes, ski school and equipment rental
  • Accounts reports including budget management
  • Collating guest feedback and using it to ensure we consistently meet our guests needs
  • Ordering from suppliers and maintaining stock levels
Ideal Candidate
  • Management experience with other ski tour operators, preferably in the luxury market,
  • A background in high-end hospitality or hotel services, with an exacting eye for detail.
  • French Language skills (desirable)
  • Full clean driving license
Package
Salary: £1000 per month
