Note

We have a great opportunity for an experienced server to join a HNW family in Wellington, Florida. The family consists of two Principals, a male and female and two children aged four and seven. The Wellington property is their main residence, but they have other properties internationally. The property has 5-bedrooms and is all on one level. The female Principal is an animal lover and has many pets. There is a house manager at the property, housekeepers, nannies, servers and a chef. There are 2 servers in the team currently and the house manager onsite manages them. Standards at the property are high and silver service skills are desirable. Working hours will be to cover all meal service and a degree of flexibility is required.

Responsibilities

• All aspects of service including all meals, drinks service, guest reception and special events
• Table settings and decoration
• Maintenance of silverware, glassware, china and linens
• Collaborating with house manager and other servers
• Additional duties as needed and requested

Ideal Candidate

• Based around Wellington area, Florida
• Strong command of the English language, good communication skills
• Previous experience in a similar role for high-profile clients and proven longevity
• Experience in high-end service, confident in various service styles and wine knowledge, great organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and under instruction of house manager
• Flexibility and willingness to be on call to the Principals
• Enthusiasm, dedication to responsibilities and a positive demeanour
• Professional, discreet and well presented
• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Excellent references required from previous employers
